In the morning of December 6, 2008, the achievement judging meeting for RTG “Oil-Electricity Conversion” was hosted by CCT and Wuhan Guide Electric Group Co., Ltd in Nanhai Hotel, which attracted more than 70 delegates.
The “Oil-Electricity Conversion” system is developed by CCT and Wuhan Guide Electric Group Co., Ltd. This kind of system has functions of automatic-absorb electricity and disconnected during switching positions, the trial was performed in a favorable condition.
This meeting was chaired by Wuhan Science and Technology Bureau. The delegates debriefed and reviewed the related materials; afterwards, they also went to CCT yard to survey. All the delegates think the “Oil-Electricity Conversion” technology is creative, practical and reliable, besides, it has the advantage of energy saving and low-pollution. After the inquiry and discussions section, they also commented that the technology reached advanced international standards and suggest to further popularizing it in order to bring technological innovation for Chinese container terminals.
