At 13:15 on December 25, 2008, MSC’s second over 10,000TEU vessel—— MSC Daniela berthed at CCT smoothly after the successful calling of “MSC Sola” on November 29.
MSC Daniela is deployed on its Far East-Mediterranean “JADE” service. The vessel is designed with LOA of 366m, Breadth of 51.29m and with the capacity of 13,798TEU.
The successful calling of MSC Daniela did not only signaled that CCT’s capability of handling the biggest vessel in the world, but also proved the capacity of Tonggu Channel again.
MSC Daniela will go to her last call in South China after loading and discharging before sailing to Singapore.
