In order to meet the needs of environmental protection and safe & security for port, CCT signed the agreement for ISO28000 and ISO14001 with Bureau Veritas and Shenzhen Angel Star Consulting Co., Ltd. The preparative work has been carrying on from since late Y2008.
ISO28000 is short for Certification for Security Management System for the Supply Chain and ISO14001 is short for Environmental Protection Management System. ISO 28000 lays particular emphasis on the management of port safety & security. On the other hand, ISO14001 is an internal management tool for port environmental protection.
On February 12, CCT invited the related experts who were from Shenzhen Angel Star Consulting Co., Ltd. to investigate the current situation of supply chain. Besides, they did training to related employees on February 13 as well.
All the guidance and counseling work will be finished in August this year and get the certificate in October.
