On April 17, 2009, Mr. Zhang Si Ping, the Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen City came to visit CCT accompanied by Mr. Ma Yong Zhi, the Director of Shenzhen Municipal Communication Bureau; Mr. Dong Yan Ze, the Director of Shenzhen Municipal Communication Bureau & Division of Port and Shipping Administration and Mr. Wu Xiao Ming, the Director of Shenzhen Municipal Communication Bureau & Division of Logistics Administration. Management from China Merchants Holdings (International) Company Limited (CMHI) and CCT received the guests.
Mr. Zhang Si Ping expressed that Shenzhen government will do the best to help Maritime and Port industry to alleviate burdens after debriefed by CCT people. He was glad when he heard the measures came out on April 13 by Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration, which brings great benefits both to CCT and carriers. Besides, he emphasized that the builders are doing the work of channel clearance and the construction of microwave station, and the whole project will be finished before the end of July, 2009. Meanwhile, Mr. Zhang Si Ping pointed that the government will optimize the Custom inspection flow and also gave the positive answers on the truck logistics service as well.
At last, Mr. Zhang Si Ping acknowledged that CCT have been doing so far and encouraged CCT to enhance the confidence and maintain the market share to go on to contribute Shenzhen port.
