On December 3, 2009, Chiwan Container Terminal (CCT) received certificates of ISO28000 and ISO14001 officially.
The preparative work has been carrying on from since late Y2008. in February 2009, experts from Shenzhen Angel Star Consulting Co., Ltd. investigated CCT current situation of supply chain and did training to related employees as well. All the guidance and counseling work were finished in August this year and passed the certification in October.
With the homogenization of port competition and needs of interested target, the port security and safety management becoming the important part for port comprehensive strength. As the one of first Asia-port operators who passed ISO28000 had already built a whole set of management systems that based on ISO9001、ISO14001 and ISO28000. CCT certainly is ready to undertake the social responsibility and to build safety control for port sustainable development.
