On 19th March, 2010 Guangdong Timber Industry Association Annual Meeting and Western Shenzhen Port Logistics Forum was held at Ming Wah International Conference Center. Organized by Guangdong Timber Industry Association and sponsored by CCT （Chiwan Container Termianls）/ SCT (Shekou Container Terminals) and CMML (China Merchant Maritime Logistics), the meeting provided a platform for terminals to get closer understanding about business concerns and actual needs of clients, and helped meet their demands.
Representatives from Malaysian Timber Council also attended the meeting and had a thorough discussion on the timber trade between Malaysia and Guangdong. Both parties were upbeat about the growing tendency of timber trade in the future.
