Chiwan Container Terminal Co., Ltd.( Shenzhen Kai Feng Terminal) is a sinoforeign joint verture company special in container terminal operation;
	a. Registered on Dec 7th, 1990, Shenzhen Kai Feng Terminal was then set up;
	b. The first Berth of KFT, Berth 9#, was completed on Sep. 15th, 1992; On Mar. 1st, 1993, the first group of RTGs were carried to KFT;
	c. Consolidated by APL & OOCL, an American service, the very first intercontinental service to the company, started its regular calling at KFT on Mar. 4th, 1995;
	d. The company name was officially changed into Chiwan Container Terminal Co., Ltd., abbreviated as CCT, on Dec. 7th, 2001. The new LOGO was thereon started using;
	e. The new ship of 6,700 TEU from MSC started to call at CCT in the year of 2001, which symbolized that CCT could cater the largest ships in the world;
	f. An agreement was signed between CCT and COSMOS on Dec. 14th, 2001 in order to purchase the new computer system. The Operation efficiency of the terminal was greatly improved;
